Clearly Straight-forward 5 out of 5
Each exercise is clearly illustrated with color to show the precise muscles being trained. Chaptered by body part with an index by exercise. Some chapters show relationship between muscle and bone, eg:arms, chest. Some chapters show impact of varying your foot position, eg:upper and lower legs. Variations of each exercise are offered. Clear, straight-forward, not over-whelmed with too much informative but confusing detail. Review Bodybuilding Anatomy 4 out of 5

Great book for a beginning body builder. Has awesome pictures and rationale behind specific exercises. The only bodybuilding book I'll ever need. 5 out of 5
I really, really like this book. Great drawings, simple explanations, what else to you need? It doesn't have all those useless drawings and info like some "other" book. Never met Dr. Evans before but I had a question, looked him up online, emailed him the question, got the answer two days later. Does it get any better? I doubt it.
