This "How to" book gives a complete body workout with start and finish photos and easy to follow, step-by-step, instructions.

As a personal trainer, I'm always looking for ways to spice up the workouts. I like to give clients something they can do at home. The book is well illustrated with easy to follow written directions. Some of the exercises are repetitive, but there is enough variation to achieve an excellent workout.
I enjoy the medicine ball and this book easily assists to get the most out of your workout without boredom.

I found this a great resource to the Valeo 6# weighted fitness ball that I also purchased. It has detailed explanations of specific muscles worked and lots of exercises to do with the ball.
