The Ultimate Core Ball Workout book has excellent descriptions and photos of exercises to do on an exercise ball. The exercises are grouped not only by level of difficulty, but also by what part of the body is being worked, or if it is merely a stretch exercise. My back and core instructor really liked the book when I showed it to her, and she was able to pinpoint the exercises suitable for me. Good book! 5 out of 5
Very happy with this book. It's well laid out with plenty of pictures to help explain the various exercises. For most of the exercises the author has a beginners, intermediate and advanced option. Surprised ! 4 out of 5
I am pretty fit and when I first rec this it looked too basic. I tried one or two exercises and found that this can be very intense! Great techniques on stretching, and form for best results. As I explore each exercise I am learning something new thats helpful!

This is a great basic book for beginners and people who need to know the details of core training. I was a little disappointed because it says that it is for all levels, but it doesn't offer much of a challenge for advanced ball users.
