One Touch Ultra Strips 4 out of 5
I ordered One Touch Ultra strips through Amazon, choosing a supplier that showed the pharmacy box. When the order arrived, the product shipped was the "not for sale - internet sale only" box which is featured by other suppliers for substantially less than the pharmacy boxed variety. I used Amazon's resolution process to contact the supplier, but got no response. I then contacted Amazon, and to my surprise, they refunded me the entire cost of the order. I won't order from that supplier again, but I am certainly impressed by Amazon's action to remedy this situation, and will order through them again for sure.
Stay away from Bargain OTC 1 out of 5
I purchased from this seller before and didn't have a problem, but this last time I received one package that was delivered with the security seal broken so I called their customer service and never got a call back, I shouldn't have to use a product with a broken seal on the packaging. Some of these packages look like they've been shipped around the world a couple of times. It's not a good way to do business and as a result I will never purchase from this seller again!

I was at first very unsure about ordering over the internet, the first two time were a nightmare to say the least. I ordered The One Touch Ultra 50 Count from SWEET DEALS! DIABETES SUPPLIES BY MAIL trough Amazon. This was also my first time using Amazon. Well, I must say, it is true what they say, the third time is a charm. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I had not taken my insullin for far to long, because I had no strips to take a reading. I have no insurance and could not afford the strips over the counter at any store near me. The profile for SWEET DEALS! DIABETES SUPPLIES BY MAIL on Amazon seemed honest and from the heart, so I took one more chance. My order, arrived before I expected, in good condition, and without any other suprises. I will be ordering again as soon as possible. I do reccomend you order from SWEET DEALS! DIABETES SUPPLIES BY MAIL. Once again, but never enough, Thank You! and may God bless SWEET DEALS! DIABETES SUPPLIES BY MAIL for being a life saver.
