Comment: This brand of glucosamine/chondroitin has some of the highest levels of these 2 ingredients. The product worked ok, but it is kind of a hassle to remember to take 3 per day. I bought 2 bottles - kept one at work (to take 2 caplets at lunch) and kept one at home (to take 1 at night w/ dinner).

Comment: This product covered "the back of my knee pain" about 50%. I
had better results with Hyland's Leg Cramps. (with Quinine)
The best results came when I used Ibuprofen. (with a meal because it has side effects)I hope this helps.

Comment: This is a great product except for the fact that you have to take 3 pills daily..... I would have liked to have ordered the product that required one pill daily, however, the site from where I was directed did not indicate the daily dosage in advance. This is my first bottle and already I can tell a difference in how my joints feel.
