Balancing pro 5 out of 5
I purchased the Bosu balance ball last year and it was worth every penny! My first experience with the Bosu ball was with my personal trainer. She showed me plenty of great exercises that I was able to do at the comfort of my own home. I workout 6 days a week and this ball is always my first choice to strengthening the core muscles. I am working on a 4 pack and see results everyday! I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone that is eager to train themselves at home.

I have owned my BOSU now for nearly 3 years and wouldn't trade it! I've done the home workout videos, treadmill, weights and some rather silly gadgets and this is by far the best thing I own. Not only did it help shed off a lot of weight (47lbs now!) but helped with my balance which has always been poor (I'm only 34). When I dont' feel like working out, I turn on the TV, watch a favorite show and just do step up/downs. Next thing I know 20 minutes has gone by and I'm so in the mood now that I move on to other core strengtheners now that I'm done with cardio. Let me say, it is worth the money. When I'm not using it, my little boys (ages 2 and 4) are jumping around on it and developing their own sense of balance and body awareness. While there are times I won't use the BOSU for days or weeks, it is rare, this IS the only equipment I have NEVER gotten bored with and look forward to using. The only downside? Not enough videos aimed at BOSU users, but the few out there are pretty good. Make sure you dont over-inflate the ball; getting up on it SHOULD be difficult. Other than that, have fun!

I purchased this product a little over a month ago and I am very satisfied with it. The delivery time was great and getting it put together was SIMPLE. It comes with a air pump and it's that simple. Put as much air in it as you want for stability. I wouldn't make it too high up since I like to use my core to keep myself stable. The dvd video workout it came with is awesome. I would recommend this product to ANYONE! Very happy to purchase this product.
