Customer Rating: Summary: Leaves hair feeling sticky. Comment: I found that when you use all three products (the shampoo, daily treatment and super skinny serum) together it leaves your hair sticky. I had better results when using a non Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner and just using the serum when blow drying. I have fine straight hair naturally, so it may be different with other hair types. Customer Rating: Summary: Didn't work for me. Comment: I bought and tried 3 new products at once - this, the super skinny shampoo, and Redken 02 blow dry lotion. Well after my fine, thick hair came out of the shower it felt like it was still dirty. And it took *longer* to dry than normal and still felt stringy and waxy. Next time I took the skinny shampoo and conditioner out of the equation and I was back to shiny, smooth and healthy. It just did NOT work for me and I gave it away the next day. Disappointing! Apparently this product either works wonders or doesn't work at all. Maybe it has to do with the strand thickness. Customer Rating: Summary: Nasty! Comment: This stuff made my hair feel disgusting. I used it this morning & I'm returning it tonight. My Hair has never felt so bad. It left a Huge amount of Wax on my hair, so much that I couldn't even get a comb through it. It usually takes me about 15 min to blow my hair out with a round brush- it took me about 35 mins this morning b.c I was pulling so hard and all the hair was sticking together b.c of the wax. My husband thought I had my hair blown out because it was easier for me to blow it out and get the look of a salon blowout. Great product and fast shipping.
