Often referred to as "black diamonds," black truffles, while not as rare as the white, are nonetheless very special. Our extra virgin olive oil has been aged slowly with black truffles. The oil is then filtered and any sediment is removed. The sparkling clear oil should be used sparingly. Enjoy the taste of this gourmet jewel over eggs, in sauces and sprinkled on fine cheese.
