Customer Rating:      Summary: Great for the Beginner Comment: This DVD is great for the beginner. I used a ball in physical therapy and they told me I should get one at home. At first I just used the ball while watching TV - it was fun. Then I got this DVD and it was easy to understand how to do the moves but challenging enough that I felt I was actually doing something. It's slow paced so you have time to figure out where to put this foot and that hand. Good luck!

I purchased both Fat to Firm Ball workout for Dummies and Stability Ball workout for Dummies. Both by Gilles. They are exactly the same workout! So, I'm unhappy about that waste of money. For the workout itself, it was okay, nothing like what I was looking for.

A good selection of exercises to work with and targets muscle groups. Also has workouts that are easier/harder depedending on how good you are at them.
