I got a copy of Dr. David Perlmutter's book, "Raise a Smarter Child by Preschool" and he suggested this supplement. Immediately, I went online and bought 4 bottles as I live in the Philippines and it would take me a while to get hold of one again. I've been taking it for over a month now and I'm so happy that it doesn't taste fishy at all- no after taste! I'm 8 months pregnant now and I'm just so thankful that I'm taking this as early as now benefiting the baby in my womb. I will be breastfeeding for more than a year (just like I did with my two older daughters: 4 and 2 years old) and I will be taking this everyday! I just regret that I didn't know about this while I was pregnant with my first and second children. Here in the Philippines, OB-GYNE's don't prescribe DHA Omega-3 and I just feel so privileged that I had read the book of Dr. Perlmutter and discovered Natrol. I know that my 3rd baby will even be smarter than my 4- and 2- year olds, who are both very smart already!

I don't like fish oil because of the bad after taste, so thats why i bought the omega 3 capsules with lemon flavor. Great going down and is suppose to work wonders. Natrol is a quality brand so I trust them.

I have used omega-3 fish oil in my vitamin regimen for several years now and Natrol brand is my favorite...no aftertaste like some have. And my Dr. is suprised at how good my cholesterol numbers are!

I'm a new omega-3 fan. My first try was a different brand - without the lemon flavor - and I had to give them away - and that person ended up throwing them out. Then I tried this brand - with the lemon flavor - and now I never get that 'fishy-tasting burp'.
I'm trying this and Niacin to work on my Triglycerides, so in a few more weeks, I'll have the blood checked, and the results at that time.
