I think the jury is till out on whether Ginko helps the memory but that is the reason that I bought it. My memory isnt bad but I am looking for that extra edge to use at work, and for help in remembering names of new people I meet. I can not yet say if it is working or me but I will give it the benefit of the doubt for now.

I have not found this product to reduce the ringing in my ears. Maybe I have real bells up there.

I havnt been using this long enought to be sure it works but the price is good so I will try it for a while longer. I have heard nice things about Ginko Biloba and the extract product makes it more potent.

I'm a bit sceptic about supplements, I suppose sometimes the placebo effect is stronger than the real one.
But nevertheless, I use CoQ10, Gingko Biloba and DHEA from Swanson, and I could tell that I feel more energized and mentally strong. I don't care if it's the placebo effect or anything else, as long as I pay such low prices for these things.
I would recommend you to take this combination if you work with your brain - it could help you be more productive.
If you are into supplements a lot, I recommend a good book that will tell you why you should take a handful of supplements 3 times a day to keep you brain and body healthy for longer:

I thought this was a nice product but could be a little more potent. I have been usiing it for about 3 weeeks now and am happy with it.
