Good DVD for absolute beginners 4 out of 5
This is the first exercise DVD I've bought and I thought it was appropriate for me. Tracy York, the instructor, has a very pleasant manner and explains the purpose of each exercise and clearly explains and demonstrates each move. I agree with other commentors that these lengthy explanations become unnecessary after several viewings, but are always helpful to return to occasionally to brush up on correct form. The one major failing of the DVD is that there isn't a separate track of the same exercises straight through without all the explanation. That would have made the DVD useful for a much longer time. That said, it's a good place to start and since it's inexpensive, worth the short time that you'll use it and move on to more advanced DVDs. Good Workout for a beginner 4 out of 5

I bought this DVD because I knew nothing about weight training. It is really good and the lady is knowledgable.I feel it will help me get into shape muscle wise which is what I was looking for. It is important to have the three courses of workout, flexablity, cardeo and strength training. This is my choice for the strength training and it is easy to understand. Love this workout! 5 out of 5
This is a great DVD for beginners and intermediates. Clear directions, easy to follow. Wish there were more exercise DVDs like this one.
