Comment: I have tried several nutritional bars. I like the balance and the amount of protein. The taste is as good as other bars. The bar didn't sit heavy in the stomach like some other bars.

Comment: I've tried all three flavors of Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon, and Fruit/Nut. None are particularly better than the others.
Pros:

> Not heavy nor terribly light (I've been able to eat a bar and go running immediately afterwards.)
> High protein for an energy bar (15g). Can be used as a protein bar

Comment: Great combination of crunchy and sweetness. I like that it is "balanced" with protein, fat and carbs. It has been a great snack before working out.

Comment: I rarely have time to eat in the mornings anymore, and these are 210 calories a bar. These are perfect because one bar keeps me going until lunch. They actually taste pretty good too, and that's saying a lot. These are on par with non-energy-bar-type-food... they're at least as good as granola bars or some other random snack food. Now, I don't know about the other flavors, but this one is good. I'd recommend these without reservation.
