Comment: It seems that the dilectable chocolate eclair is a rare treat in bakeries these days; and the frozen processed variety just doesn't cut it in my book. These Wisconsin Made chocolate eclairs are a bit pricey, but they are the real thing. Mine shipped promptly and arrived in a rounded-edged
reusable styrofoam freezer-pack;complete with dry ice. Inside, the generously sized pastries were packed 4 per box. It took incredible self control to wait out the 24 hrs thawing time.
Two caveats:
1. Don't even try to eat these one handed. The non-dairy custard filling is just too heavy.
2. Bite the bullet and wait out the recommended thawing time--it is so worth it!
