Editorial Review: This Revolutionary Ice Crusher stainless steel blade acceosry is probably the most important tool to make an Osterizer blender operate at its fullest capacity. The ingredients are pulverized as they are pulled down toward the extremely shart rotating blades that is run by the one and only All metal drive designed by Oster. Also packed in with the blade is a rubber sealing ring that eliminates leaking from teh jar.

I have an blender that is 25+ years old and it did not chop up the Ice very well,(chunky Margareta's loose some of there pizazz.) so I decided I would try a new blade instead of buying a new blender.(like everyone told me to do)
This New Blade is all she needed and it pulverizes the ice for a GREAT Margareta or slushy. Great Product!
A replacement part that really works! 5 out of 5
Got this a few months ago, after scoring a vintage Osterizer from the 60's in near-mint condition for $5.00. Now I have a blender that can make smoothies in no time flat, perfect for this hot weather. Heavy-duty blades really crunch up that ice, yet don't make the blender strain. Warning- shipping is high, but I still recommend this item, as it hands-down beats all the wimpy ones out there.

This thing is the MOST AMAZING BLENDER BLADE EVER! I have a 30+ year old Osterizer, and the original blade - still sharp after all these years - was leaking from the seal. Rather than buy a new blender, I found this thing here at Amazon, and ordered it. It came very quickly (ahead of the estimated delivery date), and as soon as it arrived I made a frozen concoction to help me hang on. OMG! What a job it made of my margarita when I hit the "Liquify" button on the old Osterizer! And, it doesn't leak!! If you asked me if you should get one, I'd say, "Hell, for the price you might as well get two!"

I don't know how old my blender is; my parents were using it at least 30 years ago. The blade finally wore out and I replaced it with this Ice Blade. What a difference! It makes good crushed ice for my margarita in seconds! The blades stick up higher than the original blades, so it does a better job cutting the ice.

The replacement blades made our blender work like new again. Our smoothes are really smooth again, and blending is so much faster than it was with the old, dull blades.
