However this product is sold through an affiliate of theirs. I contacted the seller when I received this gaudy ring to let him know that the ring came scratched. He told me that once I opened the box to see the ring it was no longer warrantied. I ask you to avoid purchasing from someone with awful service. Especially when the logic they use to justify not providing warranty service to someone is flawed. How could I see the ring without opening the box it came in?
