The only downside is that they are heavy...about as heavy as tennis shoes, but still heavier than other sandals.
I ordered a half size bigger because I like toe room for my long toes. I did try on the shoes at Gander Mountain to determine the size.
Overall, great shoe - great price (less than Gander Mountain) - and I am very satisfied. :) Look out bike trails! How the insole cradles the foot has to be experienced. The odor controls, the cinch up "lacing," the protective rubber toe guard which blends in with the styling, the over all light-weightedness...are all features to die for.
