Good Omega-3 Supplement - Highly Recommended 5 out of 5
Kirkland Fish Oil Concentrate Softgels are a great way to get Omega-3 into your diet. I decided to try these after reading about the many benefits of taking Fish Oil (better cholesterol numbers, improved memory, less joint pain, etc). While it is had to quantify exactly what effect supplements are having since I am also taking prescription medications, but my cholesterol numbers have significantly improved over the past three months and there is noticeably less pain in my knees.
Just a note, Kirkland is the store brand of a major "warehouse club" and I have have always been pleased with the quality compared to national brands and generics.

Supplement to help dog's coat 4 out of 5
I've been adding a pill to each of my dog's meals for about three weeks now. Her coat super shiny now and bunny soft. She often gets compliments and I always mention these pills.

The cost can't be beat. But the fishy burps that can occur after are FOUL. If you don't mind that, then these are for you. I've decided that, while these vitamins are good for you and cost effective, the discomfort of fishy burps is too uncomfortable for me and I have to switch back to my more expensive brand. But if you're OK with that, these are definitely a bargain!
