Good, but try a balanced B-complex 3 out of 5
This product is good, but after purchasing it I did some research and found that it is better to have a more balanced b complex because the b-vitamins work together. I feel better when I am taking the Balanced B-50 Complex which is also made by Nature Made.

This is a Terrific Product and its a Great deal at Costco. It contains Biotin also which is really good for your Hair and Nails growth and stimulates them in addition to the CardioVascular Benefits of this Product.
Highly Recommend and I use two a day along with my other Vitamins.
