It's total junk 1 out of 5
I bought the set of GAIAM bands and ALL three of the bands broke under tension after 1 year. Since reasonable exercise tension is what these things are supposed to be used for, and they easily snapped under that tension, I have to say they are completely junk. Don't buy them, it's a waste of money, they don't hold up over time.
