the pump that comes with it is a cheap one. It took forever to pump up the ball. I eventually borrowed one from someone else who had purchased a ball chair from another company that sent a higher quality pump.

This was a gift in the Three King Days to my 11 years old daughter and trust me, she love it. The whole family wants to use it. We almost need to take turns. Is really comfortable, arrived in perfect conditions and it was easy to assemble. We really strong recommended.
Exchanged ball chair for exercise chair 5 out of 5
When I received the ball chair, I found it was way too short. Being 5'9", my knees were to my chin with this chair. I contacted Isokinetics and they recommended I return this and order the exercise ball chair. It is perfect and I really enjoy the benefits. Isokinetics customer service was outstanding throughout the procedure.

I received my Isokenitics Balance Ball chair and the assembly was simple. This product is better because of it's simple, straight forward design. I liked the feature of having two of the wheels lock for that added sense of stability.
The reason that I didn't give this product a rating of five stars is that the pump that came with the chair is a piece of junk. I do not see how that many people could get to the necessary inflation point using the pump provided. To achieve the proper inflation, I modified by road bike pump to inflate the ball.
Once the chair was set up, I was satisfied with the comfort and it's height. One thing that I will not have to worry about is the seat pad getting compressed in time like my old desk chair.

The Isokinetics ball chair was recommended by my chiropractor and several others.
Unfortunately the chair quality is just so-so. If you inflate the ball to the stated dimensions, it does not allow the plastic back or metal retainer bracket to be installed correctly. You can use the ball chair without either the back or metal bracket, but it defeats the purpose.
The wheels are too small for thick pile (high-quality) carpet found in most homes. The sink into the carpet and padding and you have to lift off the chair to move it.
Ultimately I decided to return the chair to Isokinetics and they were very professional and prompt in communicating the process. My credit card was credited promptly upon receipt of my return shipment.
