Comment: I have been diagnosed with arthritis over 1- years ago & have tried many products. Just being on Iceland Health Joint Relief less than month has improved my arthritis dramatcially. They say it takes 3 months to notice the difference -- in just 1 month if i forget to take it before bed, my joints hurt in the morning. No mind-numbing drugs -- this is great stuff!
