Chest Swell 5 out of 5

These work great. It takes a bit to get your hands use to the feel, but after that they are great!

Don't listen to the pessimists 5 out of 5

I got the Push up Pro as a gift a while back, and it's been working great for me. I'm keeping myself reasonably in shape when I can't go to the gym, and it's highly convenient, being of a light weight and small size. At first, when i got it out of the box, it looked pretty cheap and felt flimsy, but i didn't let this influence my opinion (as i suspect some people have). I can tell you this: you don't need to waste money on the supposedly superior "Perfect Push up".

First, I've seen a lot of people with a common complaint: the Push up Pro isn't comfortable. Personally, I don't have any problems with it, but maybe that's because I only weigh 155 lbs. I can see that it might be an issue for heavier users with broader palms, but this problem can be easily solved with a few small rags or paper towels for padding. In my opinion, using a couple of towels to solve a minor problem is much more economical than immediately giving up and needlessly buying something more expensive.

And, as with all things in life, you'll get used to it with practice.

Second, a lot of people are complaining about an alleged "rough" or "unsteady" turning action. I don't think of it as a problem at all - instead, I see it as comparable to balancing the bar while bench pressing. At the beginning, it will take some time to get down a smooth action, but as you practice and get stronger, you should be able to master rotating the pads smoothly. I prefer to think of it as a feature of the Push up Pro. In any case, it definitely helped me get stronger.

To sum it all up, the Push up Pro is a great, convenient way to get or stay in shape (if you want to do something more fancy than regular pushups. There isn't a big difference between regular pushups and these. If you're fine with regular pushups and don't have wrist problems, then this Push up Pro isn't necessary). It's more difficult than regular push ups, encouraging you to build your strength by making you go lower while practicing a smooth turn of the handles. If you want a simple way to get fit, these will work. If you've got money to burn and want to go easy on yourself, go ahead and get the Perfect Push up.

More challenging than regular push ups 4 out of 5

The push up pro gives the body more of a challenge than regular (floor) push ups.

1. The push up pro creates instability, which makes the exercise harder
2. In addition to instability, you can go lower with the push up pro than with your palms on the floor, creating more of a challenge for your body
3. I love using the device in combination with a fitness (swiss) ball, thus creating even more instability, challenging even more muscles.

Super Flamboyant 5 out of 5

Push Up Pro is Super .Pleasantly surprised by how well the progressive step up plan works for this. I recomend it.

it works just like it says 5 out of 5

i have this set not the original it works great i havnt tried them on the wall but on the floor they work great i can feel differnce my arms get tired just by doing 10 reps.

if my body parts get tired just by doing 10 reps then the machine works i recomend it to anyone who likes to do push ups
