I bought this for my mother who has arthritis. It has been 2 weeks and she is starting to feel some relief from the pain and gaining mobility in her wrists and hands.
Can bend my knee fully first time in more than one year! 5 out of 5
I can now squat down and completely bend my knee for the first time in over a year. The pain was so bad. The doctor showed me my xray early signs of degenerative arthritis. Now after 3 months of taking IH joint relief and I can bend my knee. This product really works. It is truly amazing, however, it does not work overnight it does take a few weeks.
I will continue to take this forever as there is no side effects at all. Actually it makes you have a overall feeling of wellness which must be from the fish oil. I love Iceland Health I could not spend the rest of my live on Advil and Aleve. Its a miracle.
BEWARE! Do not try the 30 day trial on this product 1 out of 5
I tried the 30 day trial for my wrist injury and they charged my account 13 days into the trial. I canceled my order 13 days after i received product and received auto ship two days later. I feel they had no intention of waiting the 30 days as I questioned the cust. serv. rep on the phone when i got the trial bottle and he said to make sure to cancel by 15 days to be on the safe side so they wouldn't charge my debit account. Apparently it didn't do any good. This supplement didn't help my wrist pain!
