Comes in a perfect pull-up ab strap box (official), works just like how it is shown in the pictures.. easy to assemble onto the pull-up bar and easy to take off. Supports up to 300 lbs and is a great lower abdominal workout. $7 bucks when i got it but it is worth $30+.

Excellent Product for the Price!!! I don't mind it you can't take it off easily.. I leave it on the iron gym all the time... I use it mostly for abs. Works as stated & very comfortable.. this is my 4th week using it morning & night.. I'm impressed with my progress.. Highly recommended!

These ab slings are well made and look like they are made to last. I use them every 2nd day whether I am at the gym or away on holiday where you can hang them from a tree. They are the ultimate low cost ab building machine -Love em!

Put the bar on the bedroom door and I'll do as many as I can walking in and out. Good add on to the pull up bar
