Readily available hard to find dosage at a decent price when eleigible for Amazon FREE shipping. Small perles, like a tiny green pea, easy to swallow without the side effects of ingesting too many dairy products. Onward and upward to good health and weight maintenance.

This vitamin D-3 is great. I like the small size of the pill, it's easy to swallow and doesn't have a bad taste to it. The Dr. prescribed this dosage for me and this price is one-fourth the price I paid at the Dr's office, for the same brand and size! Great deal!

I usually find that rock bottem priced supplements are bad news but this is a nice exception. This is a strong does of Vitamin D-3 at a good price. Vitamin D is essential to healthy skin and good nutrition.
Will damage liver... 5 out of 5
Do not foul yourself by taking too much since it will damage your liver, at 5000IU you take it no more than twice a week or get lower doseage to take it everyday. I search everywhere, every store, every organization, before purchasing a product... This is an excellent form of vitamin D-3... No one compares to it not even Costco with their new Kirkland product called Sunshine vitamin... Every vitamin company seems to add bunch of unknown and unnecessary stuff and charge arm and leg when infact when I look for a certain product, it just simply means I only want to get that certain product, nothing else... Pure vitamin D-3... Simply Bravo.

I first started looking into vitamin D because I follow Project Camelot on the internet and one of their "black op" sources Henry Deacon recommends taking vitamin D for various reasons. I saw the documentary by German Dr. Gabrielle Stahler and she really makes all the great points about taking this. She recommends getting your levels checked (which I can't w/o health insurance), but if going blind she says take the 5,000 IU for 4-5 months and then drop down to 2,000 - 3,000 units once the levels are boosted. It has been almost 4 months of daily 5,000 and I can't say it's a miracle cure or anything. I have gotten the flu twice in a month - the 5 day ones. I have noticed an improvement in fighting smaller sicknesses, energy improvement, awareness, mood boosting, etc. I will continue to take the 2,500 daily. A good and cheap product. I will never take one of those thermiacal (mercury preservative) containing vaccines. Vitamin D is an important thing for me to protect against swine flu or any other media hyped pandemic.
